Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TankCare's services for gas station and tank maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TankCare provides professional gas station and tank maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Regular tank inspections
• Cleaning and maintenance of gas station equipment
• Emergency repair services
• Environmental compliance assistance

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments for our services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic fund transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Liability and Insurance

TankCare maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. However, clients are responsible for maintaining their own property and liability insurance. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Environmental Compliance

Our services are designed to help clients maintain compliance with relevant environmental regulations. However, ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the property owner or operator.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information without express permission, except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. TankCare reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Amendments to Terms

TankCare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
